Now Hiring - Real Estate Coach/Education Specialist in Miami, FL

We are seeking a leader who is excited to help build, launch, relaunch, or grow our real estate agents. They must have the proven ability to train, lead, coach, and motivate both new and experienced real estate agents. The right candidate must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment with constant changes and new goals for the agent to achieve. They must be able to follow and improve upon existing systems as well as contribute to the creation of new ones to allow for growth and profit in conjunction with other team members. Candidates will be responsible for tracking production and metrics of success for all agents in their program and must be able to analyze numbers for opportunities and lead accordingly. Candidates will prepare company-wide training schedule on a monthly basis and will be responsible for overseeing the topics, attendance, and instructors. Candidates must also be able to hold the agents accountable to goals and assist them in achieving their goal. This role operates in conjunction as a member of the education team for a fast-growing organization and can grow into significant opportunities internally. We are seeking a hard worker, who must be a team player, possess leadership qualities, be goal-oriented, self-driven, positively motivated, and have high energy.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Prior experience in the real estate industry - 5 years of experience preferred
• Communicates well, both verbally and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
